All About The Beer Consulting was founded by Martin Entwistle when COVID restrictions were lifted in 2021. Martin brings 30 years experience in the beer industry having developed his business skills and acquired market knowledge with 22 years at large multinational brewers. In this time, he worked across various Sales, Marketing, Project and Strategy roles. Martin moved into Craft Beer in 2017 with his first Managing Director appointment and he took Managing Director responsibilities at Laine Brew Co in Aug-21, initially as a consultant, and oversaw a successful transformation of the business and brand over the next 4 years

Martin’s approach uses market intelligence to create direction and he uses data, facts and detailed financial planning to create strategy. He then uses first-class project management skills to deliver the plans. Martin believes in the power of a team when people are aligned to a common goal and individuals understand what's expected of them.

Martin now operates as an independent consultant helping beer and beverage businesses achieve their goals whether that’s getting started, business turnaround, accelerating growth, or selling up.

With a passion for great tasting beer Martin enjoys most beer styles and is always up for for trying something new. That helps when a working knowledge of beer is such an important part of the job!
